The video demonstrates inline SGT support on Cisco FTD 6.1. FTD has an ability to read native SGT from packets so here we will use SGT assigned to user from 802.1x authentication to match traffic on access control rule and enforce differentiate access. FTD is now be an integral part of Cisco TrustSec.
The video shows you how to enable MACsec (802.1AE) Layer 2 Link encryption on Cisco ISE 2.0. We will cover both endpoint-to-switch and switch-to-switch scenarios. Cisco AnyConnect NAM will be used in endpoint-to-switch MACsec. Switch-to-Switch MACsec will be performed as part of TrustSec as well as manual configuration. At the end, we will analyse MACsec frame with Wireshark.

The video shows you how to create and assign Security Group Tag (SGT) to endpoints on Cisco ISE 2.0. We will configure dynamic SGT assignment as part of a successful 802.1X authentication as well as static assignment for devices or resources that do not participate in 802.1X. At the end of this lab, all entities that either need access or be accessed within a TrustSec domain will have SGT assigned.

This is the first video of a TrustSec mini series on Cisco ISE 2.0. We will look at the first building block of creating a TrustSec domain which is Network Device Admission Control (NDAC). This will also be our first look at the new TrustSec WorkCenter. We will be configuring a seed device and a non-seed device in this lab, and test SGT propagation.

The video continues from the previous video with the configuration of 3rd party Network Access Device (NAD) on Cisco ISE 2.0. We will extend basic 802.1X on Aruba IAP to support Posture Assessment, Guest CWA, and BYOD.
