We will be configuring ISE to allow our guest users to perform a single-click type of login to access internet, including an access code enforcement. The video extends our previous Cisco ISE 1.3 posture assessment to remote VPN users. The goal is to have our VPN user subject to the same set of posture checks to enforce consistent network access experience regardless of user locations. Using the same posture policies with ClamWin Antivirus, we will concentrate on configuration on ASA, and authorization policy on ISE to support remote VPN authentication. We will be using AnyConnect client with ISE posture module on Windows for testing.

The configuration begins at global multicast, of which we will use Source-Specific Multicast (SSM), and followed by Default-MDT and Data-MDT configuration. During configuration, we will provide tips and point out anything that you might need to pay attention to. We will be testing using both Dense and Sparse modes at the client sites. Wireshark packet capture will be performed throughout this lab to help you place the theories into practice, and understand the structure of the multicast packets.

SP0016 - MPLS VPN Multi-VRF CE

It is possible for a single CE device to serve multiple MPLS clients. This requires traffic segregation to be extended to the CE device. The video looks at a scenario of multi-VRF CE device in Cisco MPLS VPN. We will configure two PE-CE routing protocols; BGP and OSPF, in VRF-lite setup and enable support for MPLS label exchange all the way to the CE router. Special configuration will be presented now that our CE router contains multiple VRF and participates in MPLS forwarding.
