We will explain packet flow and how a packet is processed by the policies. The goal is to get you to become familiarized with concept of policies before we start on configuration in upcoming labs. 

The video takes you through a software upgrade process in Catalyst SD-WAN. We will spend time in the first half of our lab upgrading SD-WAN controllers. We will upgrade Edge devices in the second half. For the Edge devices, we will demonstrate both simple upgrade and Software upgrade workflow.
